Cedar Ridge Park Remodel
This South Tulsa home carried aesthetics from the original 1993 construction and transitioned into a modern, farmhouse-chic home.
Out with the old carpet, in with the new hard floor surfaces! This was a breath of fresh air from the beginning. The new floors inspired the floor to ceiling Airstone fireplace after ditching the forrest green, terracotta tile that covered the entry way and hearth. Eager for an eye-catching accent wall, different shades of gray stained pine wood planks cover the dining room wall making for an instant “wow” factor when you walk through the front door.
New appliances and Granite kitchen counter tops added the finishing touches to the new shaker cabinets doors and drawer fronts, along with the mixed textured backsplash that includes marble, stone and tile pieces.
The marble accents didn’t stop there, finding its way throughout the master bathroom floor and shower walls. Charcoal hexagon tiles line the shower floor and built-in shelving. The staple colors spill over to the reversed marble design solid-surface double vanity and the lighter grays from the marble tiles transition into the new shaker bathroom cabinets. The Shell vanity was pulled from the hall bathroom and replaced with a marble design, light gray solid-surface vanity and finished out with rectangle charcoal floor tile, rustic mirror and complimentary shaker cabinet doors.
These homeowners weren’t ones with green thumbs so out came the mulched flowerbeds and box woods and in went the simple landscaping with rock flower beds to compliment the new exterior paint and gutters.
